I am writing to express my thanks and admiration for the sales and after sales team that supplied my caravan yesterday. The whole experience has been an exciting and a real pleasure for us.
There are few retailers that score 10/10 with my experiences over the years but your firm are right up there near the top!
My thanks are especially to Nathan and Mike in Sales who were helpful and arrived at an excellent deal for me ( and I hope Highbridge CC too)!
The team that gave us instructions on the caravan upon collection were excellent - they are a great asset to your company.
I started caravanning with my parents in the early 1950s ( after WW2) when touring across Europe was very much the exception. My parents even shipped their caravan to South Africa in the 1960s to tour there so they were truly committed caravaners. This all rubbed off on me so I started with my own Cadet van towed by a Hillman Imp in the early 1970s and continued until the late 1980s when my family of 4 kids made it just too complicated and so my last caravan was sold in 1988.
Now with Covid and my need to shield myself and my wife a caravan has become an exciting and worthy alternative to exotic holidays abroad, and will serve us well for the next few years until we might venture flying abroad. With Highbridge CC there to support us I know that we have made the right decision.

I've just picked up my Auto-Trail Apache 634 from the workshop. The ladies at the workshop reception, were cheerful and very helpful, and the repair team did an excellent job. The nasty bit ( the bill ) , gave me a very pleasant surprise, being lower than expected. If ever I need work done in future, it will be Highbridge again. Thank you to everyone.
I wanted to write to express my utmost commendations to the service team at Teigngrace and to the technical team at Somerset.
As lockdown eased slightly, we took a weekend day-trip in our new-to-us Rapido, bought on 1st February from the Devon branch. Unfortunately, a severe leak from the fresh-water tank became apparent, so I drained the system and emailed for help on the Monday morning. I believe it was Darren who arranged for Chris Francois to call me from home to see what could be done. He agreed that the situation was beyond telephone help so gave me Catherine Jenkins' email address and advised me to contact her to find out whether our motorhome could be seen when the service bay reopened.
Catherine said she would do her best and subsequently arranged for me to bring the motorhome in on the very first day of opening (1st June). Within short order, the amazing Ben had removed the tank and discovered a split. Catherine ordered a new tank and it was fitted along with an extra cable-run which I had requested, in time for me to collect by the end of the month.
Throughout this episode, the team has shown exemplary service. Nothing has been too much trouble. Chris F even called and emailed to make sure that I had been booked in. Catherine was incredibly efficient and Ben left no stone unturned in ensuring that a proper job was done, including changing a suspect T-connection under the tank which he thought was looking weak.
These are staff of the highest calibre, as I am sure you already know. They have been outstanding ambassadors for the company and I hope that you can find a way to recognise their efforts.

Hi Ali, just getting back to thank you all for your help and service from your team over the last month. It's not that easy buying a large item that you didn't have in stock at the initial enquiry, when we were the best part of 200 miles away. You made it as easy as it could have been under the testing circumstances of Covid. From the initial reservation through to collecting and changing over our unit. Can I also put in a big thankyou to Steve who did our handover on the day. Simply nothing was to much trouble to him. We're spending our first break away in it after getting to Whitehill on Saturday, and absolutely love it. As you said the build quality in these vans is superb and itâs the little things that other manufacturers do not offer that make that difference. Thankyou again Helen and David Sneyd.

Can't fault anything very happy . The was the nearest caravan sale centre to us and we were not disappointed. We had a wonderful salesman called James and then a Delivery and We are delighted with the service we have received at this friendly and professional centre and would not hesitate to recommend to others. It is our very first caravan and everything was explained and we felt very well looked after. Also a mention Justin great help with our Awning sorting everything out so it was delivered with our van the staff in the shop very helpful would have no hesitation in using them again thank Highbridge caravans
Picked up my new (to me!) campervan yesterday and would like to say a big thank you to the staff at Highbridge who've made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable, especially Jackie who did a wonderful demo on how everything in the new van works, just sorry I was so over excited that I couldn't take a lot of info in! I was very impressed by Jackie's patience and knowledge. All the staff at Highbridge are so friendly, helpful and efficient, thanks very much to everyone.

Last Saturday we visited your After Sales Department, in preference to sorting out a problem on the telephone or by e-mail. We were received at Reception by a delightful young lady, Gemma, whom we found to be friendly, pleasant, and who coped admirably with sorting out a complex problem for us with regard to repair and arranging servicing for our caravan, which we purchased new from yourselves last August Gemma could not have been more efficient and, indeed, so was the person at Newton Abbot whom she telephoned obtain information re our caravan, which necessitated her running to another department in order to answer Gemma's query Gemma subsequently arranged to telephone me on the following Monday morning to ascertain the Caravan Key Number, which she did promptly at the arranged time. We cannot praise her enough for her dedication to her job in your Company.
